Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. seeks an ERP Implementation Lead to drive enterprise-wide process standardization and change management across multiple manufacturing sites.

The role partners with IT, external vendors, and site leaders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of standardized ERP capabilities with measurable value realization. The candidate will own post-deployment continuous improvement, establish governance for enterprise templates, and monitor KPIs to ensure ongoing benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of ERP experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading change-management, transformation, or multi-site ERP adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (production, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to domestic and occasional international sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, standardization, and redesign of manufacturing processes to align with ERP best practices.
• Ensure consistent processes across sites while addressing site-specific needs.
• Balance requirements with standard ERP functionality and minimize customization.
• Drive data governance and master-data quality with site and functional leaders.
• Capture lessons from pilots to refine enterprise process templates and playbooks.
• Own change-management activities, readiness assessments, and user training for deployments.
• Support cutover and go-live from a business-readiness perspective.
