Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking an ERP Implementation Lead to drive business-process transformation and standardization across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with IT, own the change-management agenda, and ensure successful adoption of the pilot ERP solution.

Post go-live, lead continuous-improvement and value realization for the ERP platform. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in ERP within manufacturing, strong cross-functional leadership, and travel willingness to domestic sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 7 years ERP experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years leading change-management or multi-site ERP adoption.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (production, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance).
Travel to domestic manufacturing locations; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

Lead process standardization and redesign for ERP rollout across sites.
Partner with IT to ensure successful deployment of standardized business processes.
Own post-deployment continuous-improvement agenda for ERP from business/value perspective.
Coordinate user training and change-management activities for each deployment.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure ERP effectiveness and process compliance.
