Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience deploying organizational change management strategies in complex organizations.
• Experience with ERP deployments such as Oracle, Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Strong ability to influence senior executives and lead across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for ERP strategy and pre-planning phases.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and governance across university and health system.
• Oversee organizational readiness, communications, and sponsorship alignment for ERP deployment.
