Job summary

UAH College of Business is seeking a Testing & Cutover Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute ERP testing and go-live readiness for the ERP Modernization program at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

In this limited-term role you will serve as the central point for system testing, cutover planning, and coordination across functional, technical, data conversion, and change management workstreams, partnering with the ERP implementation partner and campus stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years coordinating enterprise testing or go-live activities.
• Experience with SIT/UAT/CRP and regression testing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate ERP testing strategy with partners and leadership.
• Develop and maintain a test scenario inventory for the future ERP solution.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, environment readiness, and issue escalation.
• Communicate objectives, lead test cycle kickoff and status meetings.
• Track progress, defects, risks, and blockers; provide status updates.
• Lead cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.
