Job summary

HD Fowler Company seeks a full-time Acumatica ERP Tech Analyst to support and optimize our Acumatica Cloud ERP environment from our Bellevue, WA corporate office. The role reports to the ERP Manager and collaborates with leadership to improve integration with business processes.

Initially on-site in Bellevue, WA until ERP go-live, then hybrid work is available. The candidate will troubleshoot across Finance, Distribution and CRM modules, document issues, and guide end users through solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Acumatica.
• Acumatica badges or certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with SQL queries, reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with API integrations and automation schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support for Acumatica ERP.
• Troubleshoot issues across modules using logs and diagnostic tools.
• Reproduce and document issues in the service desk and escalate as needed.
• Guide users through solutions via phone, chat, email or remote sessions.
• Analyze business processes to understand impact on workflows and suggest fixes.
• Educate End Users on best practices and Acumatica features.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and data validation.
• Assist during training rollout and data quality efforts.

HD Fowler Company is seeking a full-time experienced Acumatica ERP Tech Analyst to serve as a strategic supporting role for our ERP Manager with hands-on Acumatica technical experience, to bring in our Acumatica Cloud ERP environment. This role will report directly to the ERP manager and work closely with leadership and various departments to improve Acumatica integration with business processes. Position based at our Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA until ERP goes live, then hybrid option.Role ImpactThe ERP Technical Support Analyst is responsible for helping business units, partners, and internal teams troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to the Acumatica ERP platform. The role blends technical troubleshooting, application support, business analysis, and End Users service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first‑level and second‑level technical support for Acumatica ERP, responding to End Users and partner inquiries within SLA timelines.Troubleshoot and analyze application issues across modules (Finance, Distribution, CRM, etc.) using logs, SQL queries, and Acumatica diagnostic tools.Reproduce and document issues in the service desk system and escalate complex cases to senior support teams.Guide users through solutions via phone, chat, email, or remote sessions, ensuring clear communication and high End Users satisfaction.Analyze End Users business processes to understand how issues impact workflows and recommend appropriate fixes or improvements.Educate End Users on best practices and effective use of Acumatica features.Manage service requests, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.Support configuration reviews across key functional areas; including business events, approval workflows, import/export scenarios, dashboards, generic inquiries, and field-level setup.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Coordinating with department SMEs, tracking defects and resolving if possible, prior to escalation.Support data validation efforts.
