VP of Tech | AI & ERP Architect | Driving Digital Innovation in Cannabis

Job Summary

As Lead Systems Analyst, you will oversee the organization’s entire systems infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and peak performance across all platforms. You will take full ownership of Acumatica ERP and its connected platforms, managing all existing integrations while also working with developers to design, test, and deploy new integrations as business needs evolve. These connected platforms include compliance tracking systems, financial extensions, shipping solutions, real-time logistics tools, reporting platforms, fleet management systems, and more. You will lead vendor relationships, manage contracts and renewals, and play a critical role in rolling out systems into new domestic and international markets to support growth. You will also enable internal teams to use these systems effectively. This means managing HubSpot CRM and its Acumatica integration, overseeing other SaaS tools, and ensuring clear and consistent process documentation. You will develop and deliver training for new and existing users, support onboarding of new software solutions, and collaborate with the Data Analyst to validate and maintain cross-system data accuracy. Additionally, you will mentor and provide escalation support to the Systems Analyst role as part of the broader Technology team.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and manage company-wide systems including Acumatica ERP, HubSpot CRM, Velixo, ShipStation, plus more and any newly onboarded platforms, ensuring reliability, security, and peak performance.
• Lead the architecture, configuration, and optimization of systems, driving improvements and ensuring seamless integrations across platforms.
• Scope, design, and oversee new integrations and system initiatives, working with external developers and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that support business growth and compliance.
• Direct the onboarding of new platforms and manage system rollouts into new domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain reports and generic inquiries in Acumatica, ensuring insights are accurate and accessible.
• Perform regular ERP and system audits to ensure data integrity and efficient processes, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee HubSpot CRM administration and its integration with Acumatica, ensuring smooth operation and adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships including contracts, subscription renewals, and payments, serving as the primary point of contact for software partners.
• Troubleshoot tickets received from end users
• Build & Manage Generic Inquiries, Financial Reports, Report Designer, and all internal reports in Acumatica
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, workflows, and technical guides to support business continuity and user adoption.
• Coordinate escalations and advanced troubleshooting with external vendors and developers for complex system issues.
• Lead special projects as assigned, ensuring deliverables meet business and technical needs.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 5+ years in systems, ERP, or business analyst role
• 3+ years hands-on with Acumatica ERP
• 2+ years manufacturing or CPG experience
• 1+ years with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including integration experience
