Job summary

HD Fowler Company in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Acumatica ERP Tech Analyst to support our ERP Manager with hands-on Acumatica expertise. Based at our Bellevue corporate office, you will help optimize ERP integration with business processes and coordinate with leadership and departments as ERP goes live.

You will resolve end-user issues, analyze workflows, perform testing and data validation, and support configuration reviews and UAT.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency with Acumatica ERP navigation, modules, and configuration.
Ability to work with SQL, generic inquiries, reports, and dashboards.
Understanding of API integrations, import scenarios, and automation schedules.
Familiarity with third‑party addons (e.g., Avalara, shipping integrations).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level support for Acumatica ERP within SLA timelines.
Troubleshoot and analyze application issues across modules using logs, SQL queries, and Acumatica diagnostic tools.
Document issues in the service desk system and escalate complex cases to senior teams.
Guide users through solutions via phone, chat, email, or remote sessions.
Analyze business processes to understand impact on workflows and recommend fixes.
