Signode Industrial Group, headquartered in Tampa, FL, seeks a Finance-Lead Systems Analyst to optimize Dynamics 365 and ERP/CRM deployments across multiple business units. Play a pivotal role in defining requirements, prioritizing changes, and driving end-to-end process improvements.

This role includes traveling up to 40% and leading functional workshops with business owners. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, strong ERP/CRM experience, and finance process expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• D365 CE and D365 ERP Finance and Operations certifications required.
• Technical certifications in Power Automate and PowerApps are plus.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
• ITIL training and certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve production support issues in the functional area.
• Perform root cause and trend analysis to resolve problems.
• Define and implement end-to-end processes for the business.
• Guide solution design and ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead workshops for requirements, fit-gap, and solutions.
