Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in analytics, business, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of progressive experience in analytics, reporting, business operations, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with ability to break complex issues into steps.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
• Foundational understanding of data modeling concepts and how data structures support reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supports mission teams by gathering business needs and translating them into clear, actionable steps, reports, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, trackers, and recurring analyses to support operational decision-making.
• Partners with school-based staff and engineering-focused teams to understand workflows and reporting needs.
• Breaks down complex problems into organized, step-by-step tasks for different teams.
• Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders about requirements and solutions.
• Reviews data for completeness and accuracy and helps resolve data quality issues.
• Assists with data modeling activities to improve reporting structure and scalability.
• Supports ad hoc analysis and recurring reporting for school operations and leadership.
• Documents processes and report definitions to improve clarity.
