Job summary

Georgia Ports Authority seeks an Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst to support and enhance GPA's ERP landscape, including Workday, PRISM and IBM Maximo. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure functionality, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

This role provides post-implementation support, coordinates with vendors and internal teams, and contributes to ERP projects while upholding GPA's safety and values.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday, IBM Maximo, or similar cloud ERP applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of workflows, reporting, or integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday, PRISM and Maximo ERP implementation during design, configuration, testing and go-live phases.
• Provide post go-live functional and technical support for Workday and Maximo.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams.
