Job summary

CGS’s BlueCherry software enables fashion and apparel companies to manage essential business transactions and concept-to-consumer processes. This role focuses on EDI support, including setting up trading partnerships, testing, and documenting resolutions, with strong scripting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in business analysis or system support, 3+ years in EDI, and experience with BlueCherry ERP and TIE Commerce tools. Strong SQL and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analysis/system support experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with EDI products.
• Experience with EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 832, 855, 852, 846.
• SQL skills for troubleshooting and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide EDI support to clients and coordinate EDI activities with trading partners.
• Act as liaison between client groups and systems programmers.
• Review ERP setup to meet internal and external requirements.
• Investigate and troubleshoot ERP modules, shipping, order processing, and invoicing.
