Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced EDI Analyst to support maintenance, development, and management of our EDI systems. The role requires hands-on work with TIE Commerce eVision, AS2, EDI VANs, and ERP integrations, including SAP.

The ideal candidate will handle EDI workflows, mappings, interfaces, and integrations across multiple applications, while collaborating with customers and trading partners to ensure smooth data exchange and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EDI system development including at least 1 year with TIE Commerce eVision EDI software
• Experience with AS2 protocol and related technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, PKI, signatures, encryption)
• Experience with EDI VANs and application interfaces
• Experience with ERP applications, particularly SAP
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server
• Experience on Windows and UNIX operating systems

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, development, and management of EDI systems
• Analyze business requirements and translate into EDI solutions
• Design and maintain EDI workflows, mappings, and interfaces
• Develop and maintain EDI integrations with internal/external applications
• Communicate with customers and trading partners on requirements, testing, and issues
• Support EDI VAN communications and AS2 data exchange
• Troubleshoot EDI transmission, mapping, and integration issues
• Perform coding, testing, implementation, and documentation through the lifecycle
• Work with SAP and related databases
• Create and maintain technical documentation
