Job summary

Alabama-A seeks an IT/ERP specialist to support Banner and related tools within Business and Finance. The role acts as a liaison between Business Units and IT, ensuring data integrity, testing changes, and creating reports for internal and external needs.

You will work with Ellucian Banner, Argos, FormFusion and Intellecheck, coordinating documentation and training for users while driving process improvements and data quality across systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field with strong database and systems skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT acceptable with appropriate experience.
• Minimum 3 years IT/ERP experience related to Banner systems or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis for business processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between Business Units and Information Technology.
• Develop, implement and administer Banner modules and related processes.
• Prepare and maintain reports and queries; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide daily user support and training for Banner-related functions.
• Lead process improvements and documentation for system changes and testing.
