MagnaFlow Group in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to optimize ERP processes across production, scheduling and inventory. You will drive system-driven workflows and promote IFS Cloud adoption among manufacturing teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of ERP in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to transform manual tasks into automated workflows. Candidates should have a related B.S. degree and 3–6 years in ERP or MES environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP support within manufacturing environments.
• B.S. in IT/engineering/operations/business or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and improve ERP processes for manufacturing operations.
• Replace manual processes with ERP-driven workflows and drive IFS Cloud adoption.
• Configure BOMs, routings, work orders, and scheduling in ERP.
• Lead testing, training, and documentation for manufacturing processes.
