MPE Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Business Systems Analyst to optimize the IFS ERP environment across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and finance.

You will configure, integrate, and maintain ERP solutions that drive patient care-focused systems. You’ll gather requirements, design functional specifications, build workflows and dashboards, and lead testing and deployment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or ERP Analyst in manufacturing.
• Experience designing and supporting ERP systems; IFS experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; familiarity with system integrations and APIs.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills; able to explain technical ideas clearly.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: ISO 13485, FDA-regulated work, or supply chain experience.

Responsabilités

• Support, configure, and troubleshoot the IFS ERP system as a go-to functional and technical resource.
• Gather requirements, map business processes, and turn them into functional specs and configured solutions.
• Build and maintain IFS workflows, interfaces, APIs, and system integrations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics that leaders rely on.
• Lead testing and deployment, and support change control and software validation.
• Define project scope, keep stakeholders informed, and flag risks early.
• Train users, document configurations, and improve SOPs.
• Work with IFS support partners on upgrades and enhancements.
