Janicki Industries, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to bridge business needs with IT solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes SAP S/4HANA functionality, ERP processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, design reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making using SQL and Power BI, while working under supervision on clearly defined tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Technology preferred.
• Strong SAP experience, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent English communication; ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Analytical and project management skills; translate business needs into requirements.
• US Citizenship or permanent resident; ability to obtain U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document processes, perform system analysis, and assist in solution development.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and application solutions aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and admins to ensure reliable operations.
• Support SAP S/4HANA functionality and ERP processes.
• Create and maintain SQL queries and operational reports.
• Participate in ERP project phases including UAT and cutover.
