Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Experience with user access management and security roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main BIS/SAP support contact and escalation point for tickets.
• Triage, prioritize, and assign tickets per SLAs; handle access requests and password resets.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for SAP/BIS; escalate as needed to analysts or vendors.
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements with stakeholders.
• Mentor and train help desk staff; develop standard work and knowledge base docs.
