Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Accounting, ERP Administration, or an equivalent combination.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, integrations, reporting, and field mapping.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ERP system performance to support reliable and efficient operation.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ERP system software.
• Test and deploy system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Manage integrations between the ERP system and other business applications.
• Create and manage user accounts, including appropriate access permissions and restrictions.
• Run and distribute reports based on business requirements.
• Identify and create automation opportunities to reduce manual data entry and improve efficiency.
• Partner with business teams to translate business needs into system configuration.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and user guides.
• Provide ERP training, documentation, and support to end users.
• Communicate system updates, issues, and process information professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
