Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and at least 5 years of ERP experience, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Accounting, ERP Admin or equivalent.
• In-depth ERP systems knowledge including integrations, reporting, and field mapping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ERP system performance for reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP software issues.
• Test and deploy system updates and configuration changes.
• Manage ERP integrations with other applications.
• Create and manage user accounts with appropriate access.
• Run and distribute reports based on business needs.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual data entry.
• Collaborate with business teams to align processes with ERP config.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and user guides.
