Job summary

Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB) seeks experienced consultants to join its external roster. Your role is to translate RSB certification requirements into ERP-enabled traceability, chain-of-custody, and mass-balance controls across procurement, production, inventory and sales.

This is a project-based engagement with remote and on-site options across global regions. Candidates should have ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), strong English, and the ability to coordinate with CET

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Ability to maintain regular availability overlapping CET working hours of a minimum of 4 hours per day.
• Proven output/delivery track record in your area of expertise.
• Full compliance with local laws, tax and social security obligations, and authorization to perform consultancy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, autonomous work style, proactive progress reporting.
• Self-sufficiency in a remote, fully digital working environment with reliable internet connectivity.
• Experience implementing or advising on ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Familiarity with chain-of-custody frameworks and mass-balance concepts.
• Experience in procurement, inventory and materials-management process design.
• Ability to translate certification requirements into practical ERP-enabled controls.
• Capability to develop process documentation and training materials.
• Comfortable in client-facing roles and multi-stakeholder processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to mapping the client’s procurement, production, inventory and sales processes and the systems that hold them.
• Support design of chain-of-custody data flows and controls within ERP and operational systems.
• Translate RSB standards into ERP-enabled traceability, certification checks and mass-balance controls across procurement, production, storage, sales and dispatch.
• Define record-keeping, reconciliation points and audit-friendly evidence trails.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs and training materials for traceability workflows.
• Ensure smooth hand-over to client teams to minimize follow-up demand.
