Job summary

RELEX Solutions is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Consultant to shape business processes, KPIs and configuration for customers. You will run workshops, design the target picture, and build solutions that perform with nightly runs and scalable maintainability.

The role is heavily customer-facing, with opportunities to work across disciplines with Technical Consultants and Project Managers, on international projects and with AI tooling in daily work. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain or planning consulting.
• Structured thinking with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Strong communication across levels.
• Business-fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and run data analysis to identify gaps and strengths.
• Design target processes, KPIs, and adoption plan.
• Configure workflows, rules, and reporting to meet design.
• Lead live iterations, UAT, and handover to teams.
