Job summary

RSB – Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials invites consultants to join a pre-approved External Consultant Roster for project-based work over the next 2–3 years. We seek firms, agencies, and independent consultants with capacity and expertise in regulatory compliance for bio-based materials and sustainability assessment methodologies.

The role involves interpreting frameworks like EU RED and CORSIA, assisting in data reviews, GHG calculations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote, fully digital environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate progress, risks and opportunities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining scope and methodologies for regulatory and sustainability assessments (EU RED, CORSIA, RSB).
• Review GHG inventories, validate data, and propose defensible values.
• Support or perform GHG calculations and carbon-intensity assessments.
