Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years experience working within large manufacturing (multi-national) or distribution operations.
• 1+ years experience with ERP applications functionality – with emphasis on Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Learn ERP functionality, system setups, configuration options, and standard processes.
• Create and maintain requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Evaluate ERP solutions to support business needs and promote standard functionality.
• Create and execute end-to-end test cases.
• Document test results and track defects through resolution.
• Support user acceptance testing and confirm understanding of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with Analysts, ERP Developers, consultants, and support teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Triage ERP incidents and support requests, escalating complex issues.
• Coordinate handoffs between onshore, offshore, internal, and external teams.
• Participate in meetings with users to understand needs.
• Assist with ERP upgrades, implementations, deployments, and improvements.
