Holder Construction is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Admin to own ERP platform administration, configuration, testing, release management, and continuous improvement. Based in our Atlanta, GA regional office, this in-person role partners with Finance and Operations stakeholders to ensure a stable, secure system aligned with business needs.

This position focuses on ERP ownership and support, not BI or data analysis.

Qualifications

• Exposure to finance/accounting functions (e.g., GL, AP, AR).

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and end-user support for the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
• Configure system settings, including legal entities and security roles/permissions.
• Identify and support process improvements, enhancements, and system optimization.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional needs.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and third-party consultants to deliver system changes.
• Coordinate and perform functional testing, including UAT and deployment support.
• Support system releases, regression testing, and maintain RSAT automation scripts.
• Monitor system performance, track issues, and help drive continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Admin to serve as a business application owner for our D365 F&O platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day platform administration, configuration, support, testing, release management, and continuous improvement of the system. The position partners with Finance and Operational stakeholders to ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

This role is focused on ERP application ownership and support. It is not a business intelligence, reporting or data analyst position.

• 2–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).
• Familiarity with RSAT or other automated testing tools.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar work tracking tools).
• Experience documenting business requirements and/or functional specifications.
• Exposure to integrations, data management, or Microsoft Power Platform.
