Job summary

Allegion is seeking an IT Business Analyst I to join our ERP and business transformation delivery team. You will analyze and specify solutions for Sales Order Management, operations, and Supply Chain within Microsoft AX and Dynamics Finance and Operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define best-fit ERP solutions, document requirements, and support testing, upgrades, and deployments across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 1+ years in large manufacturing or distribution operations.
• Experience with ERP applications, especially Supply Chain/Manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Willingness to travel up to 0-35% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements under guidance of senior Analysts.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for ERP improvements.
• Learn ERP functionality, system setups, configuration options, and standard processes.
• Create and maintain business requirements, functional specs, processes, and training materials.
• Assist with end-to-end test cases and document results.
