Allegion is seeking an IT Business Analyst I to join the ERP and business transformation delivery team in a role focused on Microsoft AX and Dynamics Finance and Operations. The position centers on Sales Order Management, operations, and Supply Chain, applying strong analytical and communication skills to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 1+ years experience in large manufacturing or distribution operations.
• 1+ years experience with ERP applications – with emphasis on Supply Chain / Manufacturing.
• Understanding of end-to-end sales lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting upgrades and/or implementations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements under supervision.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Learn ERP functionality, system setups, configuration options and standard processes.
• Create and maintain business requirements, functional specs, process docs and training materials.
• Evaluate practical ERP solutions that meet business needs and promote standard ERP functionality.
• Develop and execute end-to-end test cases covering multiple business scenarios.
• Document test results, identify issues, and track defects through resolution.
• Support user acceptance testing with business users to confirm understanding of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with Analysts, ERP Developers, consultants and support teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Assist with ERP incidents and coordinating triage and resolution.
