Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Lead ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Boise. The role focuses on ERP configuration, integrations and enhancements across the ERP ecosystem, with emphasis on Workday configuration and reporting.

The candidate will lead technical resources, validate patches, and drive optimization of business processes, security and data integrity while maintaining strong client relations across all levels.

Qualifications

• ERP, HRIS, financial reporting systems experience.
• Experience planning, facilitating, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Strong communication with internal clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve ERP configuration and integrations to other applications.
• Provide technical solutions on ERP configuration and new functionality.
• Lead intake and distribution of integration and specialty application service requests.
• Lead validation of vendor patches and upgrades to the ERP environment.
• Provide implementation support and optimization for business processes, security and data integrity.
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
