Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years IT experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP/HRIS/financial reporting systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve ERP configuration and integrations to other applications.
• Provide technical solutions on configuration and new functionality related to ERP.
• Lead intake and distribution of service requests across multiple teams.
• Serve as escalated application support for CLA’s ERP environment.
• Lead validation of vendor patches and upgrades to the environment.
• Provide leadership of training initiatives by analyzing performance and training needs.
