Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior ERP Engineer to join its Information Technology team. The role focuses on configuring Workday, building integrations, and maintaining security and business processes to support enterprise ERP use across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead ERP enhancements, provide technical direction, and collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and scalable solutions. A strong Workday background and 4+ years of ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, implementing, or leading ERP.
• 2+ years experience with Workday preferred
• Experience with Workday Studio (incl. Studio Starter Kit) preferred
• Experience with Integration Development preferred
• Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations
• Detail oriented team player with handling confidential information
• Experience planning, facilitating, documenting business requirements
• Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing and migration
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations
• Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday
• Develop and support integrations for inbound/outbound data exchange
• Configure and maintain domain security and business process policies
• Provide technical direction on Workday configuration and new functionality
• Create and review technical documentation; knowledge of Workday Extend and Prism
• Participate in ERP-related project teams
• Ensure effective communication, both verbally and in writing
• Provide level three application support for CLA's ERP Team
• Review updates for impact on configuration and opportunities
• Support implementation and optimization of Workday processes, security and data integrity
• Ideal candidate: strong with Workday Adaptive, Workday Studio Integrations, & Advance Matrix reports
