Ricoh Americas Corporation seeks a Principal Analyst, ERP to scope and lead large projects, guiding architecture and development teams to enable Sales and Enterprise Service Delivery growth. You will report to a Director or Senior Technology Manager, delivering end-to-end solutions with deep cross-functional expertise.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, ERP platform knowledge, and governance across enterprise processes, with PMP/Agile credentials considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 9 years in Information Technology.
• Minimum 7 years gathering requirements and documentation.
• Minimum 7 years testing and defect management.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex IT projects.
• Experience managing large to medium size enterprise projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of ERP and eCommerce platforms (Oracle eBusiness Suite, CPQ, Fusion/OSC, Spryker).

Responsabilités

• Leads functional analysis, gap identification and requirements definition for large projects.
• Provides in-depth functional/application expertise and conducts quality reviews on design and testing.
• Coordinates with team leads and stakeholders to ensure cross-module integration.
• Drives design and implementation of new business processes with system configuration.
• Supports technology strategy decisions and complex project delivery.
• Oversees critical path activities and escalates issues to project management.
• Remains current on tools and approaches in the assigned area.
