Nehring Electrical Works Co. is seeking an IT Business Analyst to gather requirements, manage ERP-related projects, and drive system enhancements under the ERP Systems Manager.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams on multiple initiatives, define scopes and milestones, and deliver improvements with a results-oriented approach. The role requires a bachelor's degree and ERP experience, plus familiarity with QAD, SQL, and related ERP modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in area of specialty; 3–5 years ERP experience; 2–3 years as Programmer/Analyst; project management experience.
• Familiarity with ERP Accounting, Sales Order Processing, Purchasing, Security, and Segregation of Duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to managers and end users; analyze processes and define system changes or information requirements.
• Lead projects with programming, technical, vendor and business personnel to determine system requirements and implementation plans.
• Define tasks, timeframes, milestones, and ensure requirements compliance.
• Analyze data and help users interpret data; understand business processes and evaluating system implications.
