Job summary

Indium Corporation in Clinton, NY, is seeking a Program Manager to lead execution for our most complex, high-visibility global customers. You will serve as the central link between engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure flawless delivery from NPI through high-volume production.

This strategic leadership role drives cross-functional alignment, identifies and mitigates risks, and ensures customer commitments are met while priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required; master’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• 5 years of experience managing programs involving cross-functional, multi-site teams
• Background in electronics manufacturing, advanced materials, or technology supply chain preferred
• Familiarity with NPI-to-mass-production cycles
• Experience supporting top-tier, global technology manufacturers especially in semiconductor/electronics backend
• Proven ability to lead without direct authority, and influence cross-functional teams
• Strategic and analytical thinker who plans contingencies and foresees issues; highly organized and disciplined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Clear, proactive communicator who simplifies complexity and keeps stakeholders aligned
• Thrives amid change and ambiguity, remaining calm and focused under pressure
• Naturally curious, eager to understand manufacturing and process details
• Demonstrated success managing programs in high-tech, manufacturing, or materials sectors
• Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill, and education as they relate to the position’s qualifications, and internal equity.

$74,500 - $123,500 annually
