Job summary

City of Philadelphia seeks an experienced ERP Administrator to support Workday environments during ERP implementation and post-implementation phases. The role includes configuring security, troubleshooting business processes, and documenting cloud/workflow procedures in collaboration with the OPAL team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in information systems or related fields (or equivalent experience) and 2–5 years with ERP/workday, with a preference for DW/BI solution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience with ERP systems (Workday), workflows and system security.
• Strong computing background in support and troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing ERP and/or DW/BI solutions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• During ERP implementation: support environment and security configuration.
• Support directory services and auditing tools.
• Maintain technical documentation of software, system, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot business processes.
• Identify, define, optimize and document Cloud and Systems Administration workflows with OPAL.
• Monitor cloud resource usage and modifications.
• Document upgrade sequences and timelines.
• Assist in testing and training exercises.
• Post Implementation: support ERP technical issues for ERP project members and staff.
• Support ERP security access configuration for ERP users.
• Research and resolve production break-fix and enhancement requests.
• Monitor ERP system and user configurations for best-practice compliance.
• Maintain ERP Systems Administration process documentation.
• Participate in regression testing efforts.
