Job summary

IBM Consulting in the United States is seeking a senior security leader to propel GTM initiatives and deliver enterprise cyber security programs. You will work with clients across industries to design and implement secure, scalable solutions that combine ERP security, AI safeguards, and SbD principles.

You will mentor engineers and consultants, collaborate with security architects, and help grow partnerships with alliance vendors to strengthen go-to-market execution and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in security consulting.
• 5+ years in cloud, infrastructure, or network cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Expert knowledge of cybersecurity methods, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with OWASP, AppScan, Veracode, Checkmarx, Onapsis.

Responsibilities

• GTM / Business Development / Sales responsibilities for cyber security services.
• Develop and implement strategies, campaigns, and sales plays with GTM teams to grow pipeline.
• Enable GTM teams with qualifying, pursuing, and converting client opportunities.
• Collaborate with security architects, consultants, and project managers on end-to-end solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in enterprise solution design including SaaS and AI security.
