Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for an onsite role in Austin, TX. The position is contract to hire and requires at least 2 years in warehousing, including ERP inventory logging and material handling.

You will receive shipments, log items, help move heavy equipment, and work with cross-functional teams to support a growing facility. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with receiving and logging into ERP.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and move heavy equipment safely.
• Proven experience moving, lifting and re-arranging items in a warehouse.
• Basic data entry and navigation of ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong math skills for counting and reconciliation.
• Professional communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with shipping, inventory or kitting operations.
• Experience with parts pulling and production support.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and log inventory into an ERP system.
• Log and track materials and maintain accurate stock records.
• Move and stage heavy equipment and parts within the facility.
• Support setup and organization of a growing facility with cross-functional teams.
• Identify parts with ERP for production and kitting needs.
• Perform basic inventory counts and reconciliation tasks.
• Assist with packing, kitting, and warehouse operations related to shipping.
• Operate forklifts as qualified to move and stage materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse following industrial standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems and adapt to changes.
