Job summary

ExoTerra Resource LLC is seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist to maintain up-to-date inventory, log items in ERP, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment. The role includes transporting parts between two facilities and is open to entry-level to experienced candidates.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, audits, collaborating with purchasing, and developing control procedures to minimize loss.

• Experience with kitting processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory is available for production.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and work with appropriate teams to prevent future occurrences.
• Assist in the development of inventory reports and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate inventory status and issues to management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to inventory management.
