Job summary

Sikla USA Inc. is seeking a motivated CSR to support our sales, purchasing and engineering teams in Suwanee and Buford, GA. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 2–3+ years in sales/office administration, plus strong MS Office and ERP system skills. Onsite work, competitive salary, and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.

• Coordinate warehousing information and stock levels; support invoicing.
• Perform general office duties and data entry in the ERP system.
