Job summary

SIKLA USA INC. is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales representative to join our Suwanee and Buford, Georgia offices. You will support sales, purchasing and engineering teams, handle calls, process orders and quotations, and assist with daily administrative tasks.

The role requires 2–3+ years in sales or office administration, strong MS Office and ERP skills, and excellent English communication. You will coordinate stock, shipments and invoicing, and help prepare reports while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and office administration (2–3+ years).
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent written and spoken American English.
• Able to work onsite in Suwanee/Buford, GA.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Process sales orders, inquiries, and quotations accurately and in accordance with internal procedures.
• Keep customers informed about order/delivery status.
• Assist the sales/field team with customer/order information.
• Coordinate stock levels and warehouse information; manage goods-in/goods-out status.
• Support invoicing and follow-up with Accounting.
• General office duties and maintaining ERP data.
