Job summary

Sikla USA Inc. is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales professional to support our sales, purchasing and engineering teams in Suwanee and Buford, Georgia.

The role involves handling calls, processing orders and coordinating with warehouse operations, accounting and management to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years in sales/office administration, strong English communication, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication in American English.
• 2-3+ years of experience in sales and office administration.
• Experience using ERP systems to manage customer data, orders and quotations.
• Ability to work independently in Suwanee and Buford offices, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and quotations accurately and in line with internal procedures.
• Keep customers informed about order and delivery status.
• Coordinate order-related warehouse information and stock availability.
• Support customer invoicing and invoice-related follow-up with Accounting.
• Maintain ERP data and office administration tasks.
