Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service and data entry.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into ERP/workflow systems.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare data packages and orders.
• Provide customer updates and maintenance of shipment information.
• Support Sales Managers and Account Managers.
• Prepare shipping documentation and tracking information.
• Verify stock and bookings in ERP.
• Assist with RFQs and quotes.
• Produce reports for management.
