Twenty-Six Defense, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Sales Order Entry Specialist to accurately process customer orders in the ERP system and to support contracts and accounting teams with order-related inquiries.

You will review POs, track order status, maintain records, and assist with audits and month-end close while identifying opportunities to optimize processes. A high school diploma and 1–2 years ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in sales order processing, customer service, or accounting is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; strong cross-functional communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders into the ERP system with accuracy and completeness.
• Review purchase orders for compliance with policies and contract terms.
• Coordinate with contracts, accounting, and logistics to resolve discrepancies.
• Track order status and update customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain electronic records of sales orders and supporting documents.
• Assist with audits by providing order documentation.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to sales orders.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to workflow optimization.
