Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development, ERP system experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of database structure and design.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of software development practices and related technologies.
- Experience guiding and directing less experienced staff.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities
- Agile-oriented planning and execution for defined feature sets.
- Manage the development team/staff.
- Provide technical leadership across the tech stack.
- Present project progress to stakeholders in user-friendly formats.
- Collaborate with other product teams to deliver market-ready results.
- Plan and execute product releases, including documentation and training.
- Oversee all phases of the SDLC and ensure timelines are met.
