Lakeshore Learning Materials in Carson, CA, is seeking a Proposal Support Specialist. You will own setup and accuracy of sourced products in our ERP system, keeping orders on track, data clean, and aligned with internal teams.

Your day-to-day includes end-to-end product setup, verifying order details, coordinating with Purchasing, Sales and Planning Operations, and resolving pricing issues while maintaining auditable records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in order processing, data entry, operations coordination or related role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel and Outlook—and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Set up sourced products end-to-end in our ERP system, ensuring item details and quantities are accurate before orders move forward.
• Review and cross-reference project documentation to verify order accuracy prior to data entry.
• Partner with Purchasing, Sales and Planning Operations to confirm product setup is complete and materials are available when orders ship.
• Surface and resolve pricing discrepancies with internal teams before impacting orders.
• Identify and reconcile moderately complex order or data discrepancies to keep workflows moving and records reliable.
• Maintain audit-ready electronic order files in line with policies and compliance requirements.
