Job summary

Water, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Los Angeles, CA. You will oversee end-to-end order flow, purchasing, inventory, and ERP administration to improve efficiency and the customer experience.

You will own Prophet21 ERP, manage vendor relationships, analyze data, and develop SOPs. This hands-on role sits between the order desk and warehouse, requiring practical problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems and strong Excel/data analysis skills.
• Oversee order flow, purchasing, and system processes with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order flow from entry to invoice and post-sales support.
• Serve as internal ERP system owner, managing order entry, inventory, pricing, purchasing, and records.
• Oversee purchasing, reorder points, vendor relationships, and expediting.
• Maintain clean data and perform inventory counts and audits.
• Support accounting with clean data and run ERP reports.
• Provide customer service leadership for escalations and problem resolution.
• Write and improve SOPs to standardize processes.
