Qualifications

• 6–7 years in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role; leading senior consultants or teams.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale SaaS/ERP implementations (multi-entity/global).
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Deep, expert-level mastery of NetSuite across varied implementation scenarios.
• Proven track record building and scaling profitable, long-term C-level client relationships.
• Outstanding executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise architecture, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own a broader portfolio of client accounts, accountable for engagement quality, profitability, and retention.
• Lead and manage multiple Senior Consultant I's and Strategic Business Consultants, overseeing performance and growth.
• Serve as executive-level escalation point across the portfolio for critical or at-risk engagements.
• Set and refine firm-wide project delivery standards for consistent, high-quality execution.
• Build and deepen C-level relationships to drive strategic account expansion.
• Maintain expert, cross-functional command of NetSuite and adjacent enterprise tech.
• Guide clients on enterprise-wide architecture and technology strategy to align with goals.
• Oversee governance and strategy of integration architecture across portfolios.
• Drive business development at scale; lead proposal strategy and new account acquisition.
• Represent Appficiency as a senior thought leader to strengthen market presence.
• Contribute to practice-level strategy including hiring, resourcing, and organizational growth.
