Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or data disciplines.

• Experience or familiarity with Ellucian Banner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL scripts to support Banner processes.
• Design and generate reports using Argos.
• Collaborate with Banner users and stakeholders to identify improvement projects.
• Support end-user offices to ensure high-quality service and data accuracy.
• Monitor health and performance of relational databases and troubleshoot issues.
• Execute project deliverables under the Banner Manager and Director.
