Job summary

MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Enterprise Resource Planning to lead end-to-end ERP initiatives, aligning technology, data, and organizational goals.

The role requires advanced program leadership, change management, and full‑cycle ERP experience, with a preference for a master’s degree and PMP certification. A hybrid onsite/remote schedule is typical, with onsite work at the Texas Medical Center as needed.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle ERP implementation experience required.
• Advanced experience in complex program leadership and change management.
• Preferred: master’s degree and PMP certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide ERP initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, guide, and inspire teams toward shared project goals.
• Facilitate discussions, negotiate solutions, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Coach and mentor PM resources.
• Evaluate project impact on business operations and strategic outcomes.
• Communicate project value to leaders and manage expectations.
• Develop, document, and maintain program requirements with sponsors and contributors.
• Oversee governance, quality, and portfolio oversight.
