Job summary

State of Missouri seeks a seasoned Financial Comptroller and Contractor Compliance Officer for the MOVERS program in Jefferson City, MO. You will lead financial planning, vendor contract oversight, and executive reporting to ensure fiscal discipline and value across a major ERP implementation.

You will coordinate with the Office of Administration and program leadership to balance funding with program objectives and public accountability in a critical statewide modernization effort.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of financial management, budgeting, and contractor oversight in large programs.
• Experience directing financial leadership and contract oversight for multi-year transformation programs.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast risks, and brief senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight of vendor contracts to ensure alignment with funding and program goals.
• Serve as enforcement authority over vendors and approve deliverables before funds release.
• Lead budget development, multi-year forecasts, and variance analysis with executive feedback.
• Provide financial reporting to Program Director, Executive Steering Committee, and state leaders.
• Support audits, external reviews, and compliance with state policies.
