Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, MO seeks an ERP Pillar Lead to oversee planning, governance, and cross-functional ERP implementations. The role coordinates HR, Finance, Technical, and Deployment workstreams, manages RAID and staffing, and drives continuous improvement in PMO practices.

The candidate will guide projects from readiness to sustain, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a compensation range aligned to university standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience managing ERP, HRIS, Finance, or enterprise technology implementations preferred.
Experience with PMO environments and governance structures is desirable.
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and administer integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate planning activities across HR, Finance, Technical, Reporting, Security, Change Management, Testing, and Deployment workstreams.
Facilitate planning sessions to identify dependencies, resource requirements, and critical path activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to approved timelines and scope.
Maintain project management tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Support phase transitions across Readiness, Plan, Architect & Configure, Test, Deploy, and Sustain phases.
