Job summary

State of Missouri Office of Administration seeks an Oracle Solutions Architect to design, implement and optimize cloud infrastructure for MOVERS in Jefferson City. You will lead cloud migrations, advise teams on Oracle best practices, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Minimum 7 years in IT with Oracle services (OIC, ATP, IAM, Fusion) and OCI DevOps experience required; strong communication and mentoring skills essential. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Extensive experience with Oracle services including OIC, ATP, IAM, and Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions on Oracle.
Advise staff in adoption of Oracle best practices and cloud-native methodologies.
Monitor Oracle services, migrations and updates with vendor support teams.
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor MOVERS staff on cloud architecture decisions.
Support budgeting, cloud cost optimization, and architecture diagrams.
